Returns
At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged (we may request photographic proof). If there is something wrong with your order, you can always contact us for any return questions at support@learningexpressway.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Size charts are available on the site or you can email any questions to support@learningexpressway.com for more information on exact sizing.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or if the item is damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@learningexpressway.com and we will look into it right away.
