Q: Why Learning Expressway?

Products that you can wear or use whenever you feel down. It will give you more power, more self-awareness, more energy, more confidence and more strength to pursue your goals.

Q: Do you offer discount codes?

We do.  We regularly send out discount codes and special offers to subscribers of our newsletter and followers on YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. And last but not least, don't miss our FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS!

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product arrived damaged (we may request photographic proof). If there is something wrong with your order, you can always contact us for any return questions at support@learningexpressway.com.

Q: What is your exchange policy?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. Size charts are available on the site or you can email any questions to support@learningexpressway.com for more information on exact sizing.

Q: Do you offer any refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or if the item is damaged. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@learningexpressway.com and we will look into it right away. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

Shipping

Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 15-21 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations

  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Ecuador
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Syria
  • North Korea 

Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

  • Afghanistan
  • Aruba
  • Bhutan
  • Cayman Islands
  • Chad
  • Laos
  • Libya
  • Mongolia
  • Papua New Guinea
  • Samoa
  • Solomon Islands
  • South Sudan
  • Timor-Leste
  • Turkmenistan

The list of countries where our shipping carriers don’t offer international shipping may change. 

Q: Can I make changes to my order/shipping address?

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change is needed, please contact us at support@learningexpressway.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change. If the item has already been shipped from our fulfillment centre, we cannot make any changes to the order.

Q: Who is responsible for Customs & Import Taxes?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The fees vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Digital Downloads

Q: How to get an access to a digital download?

You'll get access to your product instantly after your purchase. Please note that there will be no physical product shipped to you.

Q: What is Canva?

Free online design software to create anything you want to! The free version is quite powerful, but there is also a Canva Pro version to unlock even more goodies.

Q: How to access a Canva template that I buy from the site?

You'll get an email with a download link as soon as the payment is confirmed. Using the link, you will be able to download a pdf document associated with your order. The pdf contains a link to the CANVA template. A free CANVA account is required to edit the template. 

Q: What is the return/refund policy for digital download?

We do not accept returns and refunds due to the nature of the product.
